The Consultation:
During this initial meeting with Dr. Ruiz, he will go over your health history as well as ask you questions - in order to gather accurate information about your present condition. Depending n the complexity of your case, you can last 10-60 minutes.
The Examination:
The examination consists of a series of tests in which Dr. Ruiz continues to gather information about your present health condition. This may include, but is not limited to the following:
- Observation: Gait & posture analysis
- Inspection: looking closely at the area(s) of concern
- Palpation - placing of his hands on the area(s) of concern
- Neurological tests: determining the function of your brain nervous system
- Orthopedic tests: Checking your movement
- Chiropractic: checking the spine and extremities for normal movement
